Peachy Child Safety Standards

Slabbies LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Slabbies LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), publishes these Child Safety Standards for the Peachy mobile application (also known as Peachy Social Club), Peachy Eats, peachy.golf, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards describe what we prohibit, how anyone can report a concern from inside the app or by email, how we respond, how we handle child sexual abuse material, and how to reach our child safety point of contact. They apply to every part of the Services, including profiles, photos, stories, posts, comments, Club chats, direct messages, match chats, and Peachy Eats.

1. What We Prohibit

Child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") means any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. A child is anyone under 18 years of age. Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") is any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a child, whether real, altered, or generated.

We prohibit CSAE and CSAM on the Services in every form, including:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM, including altered or computer-generated imagery;
  • Sexualizing a child in any way, including through text, images, video, comments, captions, profile content, or emoji;
  • Grooming: building a relationship with a child, or with someone who appears to be a child, in order to sexually exploit or abuse them;
  • Sextortion: threatening or coercing a child to obtain sexual content, sexual contact, money, or anything else of value;
  • Trafficking a child for sex, or advertising, arranging, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child;
  • Arranging or encouraging in-person contact with a child for a sexual purpose; and
  • Encouraging, praising, normalizing, or assisting any of the above.

Any account used for any of these purposes will be terminated. We report CSAM as described in Section 5, and we report other conduct to law enforcement where the law requires it or where we believe a child is at risk.

2. Who Can Use Peachy

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and users under 18 may use them only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, as stated in our Terms of Service. You confirm this each time you sign in. Peachy is not for children under 13: we do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to use the Services or collect personal information from anyone under 13, and if we learn that a user is under 13 we close the account and delete the personal information we collected, as described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

Users between 13 and 17 are children for the purposes of these standards, and every protection described here applies to them. If you believe a child under 13 is using Peachy, or that any child on Peachy is being sexually exploited, abused, or endangered, tell us using any of the methods in Section 3.

3. How to Report a Concern

You can report a child safety concern without leaving the app, or by contacting us directly. You do not need to be the person affected to make a report.

In the app. Open the options menu on any post, story, or profile and choose the report option. You can also block a user from their profile or from any content they post; blocking hides content between you and that user in both directions, and you can manage the people you have blocked under Settings → Blocked Users. Reports are confidential, and we do not tell the reported user who reported them.

By email. Email peachysocialgolf@gmail.com with the subject line Child Safety. Include the username or profile involved, what you saw, and where in the app you saw it. Please do not forward or attach the content itself; a description and the location in the app are enough for us to find it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report child sexual exploitation directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

4. How We Respond

We review every report of objectionable content and act within 24 hours, as promised in our Terms of Service. Reports that raise a child safety concern are treated as the highest priority. When we find a violation of these standards we will:

  • Remove the content and disable access to it;
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the account responsible, and any related accounts we identify;
  • Preserve the content and related account records where the law requires us to do so; and
  • Report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it or where we believe a child is at risk, as described in Section 5.

We do not pre-screen user content, and we rely on reports from our community together with our own review to enforce these standards.

5. How We Address Child Sexual Abuse Material

Slabbies LLC is a United States company, and we handle CSAM in accordance with United States federal law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the Services, we will:

  • Remove the material and disable access to it promptly, and in any event within 24 hours;
  • Terminate the account that created or shared it;
  • Report the material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, which works with law enforcement in the United States and around the world;
  • Preserve the material and related account records for the period the law requires, solely for the purpose of that report and any resulting investigation; and
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities.

We do not use CSAM for any other purpose, and we do not knowingly host, store, or transmit it.

6. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including United States federal law and the laws of the states and countries in which the Services are offered. We respond to valid legal process and lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities, and we review these standards and our enforcement practices periodically to keep them current with the law and with app store requirements.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

Slabbies LLC has designated a child safety point of contact who is responsible for these standards and is able to speak to our CSAE prevention practices and our compliance with child safety laws and app store policies. Law enforcement, child protection organizations, app stores, and members of the public can reach our point of contact at:

8. Changes to These Standards

We may update these standards from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above and publish the revised standards at this address. The current version always applies.
